Ingredients:
1 cup frozen fruit (replaces need for ice)
1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp peanut butter (to last you longer than an hour)
Dash of sugar
Directions:
Blend ingredients. Enjoy with a piece of toast and/or an egg for a wholesome breakfast or as a snack (~300 calores)!
