March is National Nutrition Month. This month, challenge yourself to fulfill a nutrition goal to better your eating habits or at least be more aware of them.
Examples are eating:
- at least 1 cup of leafy greens a day
- 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day
- less red meat and more lean meat
- more fish
- 35g of fiber/day
- more whole grains
